Daily 5 report for May 15: North American production slippage begins, post-tariffs

Nissan's three Mexico-made models — Versa, Sentra and Kicks — account for nearly a third of the brand's U.S. sales.
Nissan is considering a plan to move Sentra sedan production from Mexico to the U.S. Once a decision is made, Nissan could move tooling from Mexico in three to six months, a supplier told Automotive News. (NISSAN MOTOR CO.)
